Our group fitness class, SHRED BOOTCAMP is an ALL LEVELS total body workout. This class will challenge your cardiovascular and strength levels with body weight, free weights, plyometrics, and core stability training. Push yourself to your limits by shocking your system and shredding body fat away! Fun and effective for all ages! We offer monthly unlimited packages, 2x week, punch cards and drop ins.
Limiting group class space allows for attention to detail by the instructor. Split routine workouts allows for the development and rest muscles need in order to grow and burn fat. All classes instructors required to have a minimum of 10 years experience in personal training. Learn proper posture and form all while changing your body and hitting your fitness goals!

Here you will be given undivided attention from one of our elite personal trainers, as they individualize a program that is exactly what you need to achieve all your health and fitness goals. Your trainer will closely supervise your workouts to ensure all exercises are being performed correctly, and that you are pushing yourself to your potential. You will also be coached on what to do on your own. For example, you and your trainer will discuss lifestyle habits, diet, and additional exercises that can be done outside the gym. Beach Road Fitness and Sports Performance Academy in Monmouth Beach
Our Sports Performance Academy is now offering programs for athletes of all ages, sports and fitness levels. Our customized programs are perfect for everyone-from athletes who are just beginning their journey, to the elite Division I collegiate standout. We offer programs for 1x week, 2x week, and 3x week. If you have a sports team, or group of similar athletes who share the same goals, we have the perfect program to help maximize performance, while minimizing injury.
Safety is priority #1, our programs are tailor made for each group and only the appropriate equipment, exercise selection and work load will be incorporated.
We use progressive, sport-specific training that will increase the athletes strength, endurance and explosive power, leading to greater performance during competition.
Plyometric and pre-exhaust methods will be used to maximize and improve participants fast twitch muscles fibers.
All workouts will include a warm up with dynamic stretching, along with a cool down and static stretching to prevent injury and improve flexibility.
A series of tests will be conducted throughout the program to highlight the athletes progressions and to identify any weaknesses that our trainers need to address.
How it works: Bring us your group of athletes with like minded goals and we will customize a training program that best suites them. Minimum 4 athletes per group to make appointment.
Why: Instead of dropping in a class that have different goals, you can have a more specific goal accomplished and at a time conducive to your schedule. We welcome small groups and teams.
